Emily Holloman grew up in Rantoul, Kansas. She began her training under the direction of Erin Spriggs at Dance Expressions in Paola, KS. She later danced competitively and began educating and teaching dance in both Ottawa, KS and Paola, KS. She went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance at the University of Kansas. During her time at KU, Emily was involved in the University Dance Company, Unity Hip Hop Crew, and was a co-producer a student showcase bringing awareness to suicide while raising almost $200 for a local suicide prevention group.
Emily has been recognized and awarded in dance both for performance and choreography. Emily is a member and choreographer for the House of Dragons Hip Hop Crew in Lawrence, KS. She also teaches hip hop at the Lawrence Arts Center and choreographs and substitutes for local studios.
Emily strives to educate people of all ages and backgrounds the importance of the fine arts. She is ecstatic to be joining the Dance Expressions family once again!
