Kinderdance
Kinderdance is a 40-minute to 55-minute COMBO class for students 2½ to 5½ years old.
This class that teachesthe fundamentals of ballet, tap, and tumbling. Through music and movement games, Kinder classes have a fun learning atmosphere structured around expanding your child’s imagination, developing coordination skills, listening skills, balance, music interpretation, creative movement and motor development. Class will begin with ballet, move into tap, and finish with tumbling. Students should arrive to class in ballet shoes, and the instructors will assist the young dancers with shoe changes.
Students will perform a ballet and tap routine in the recital.
- Kinderdance 1 is a 40-minute class
- Kinderdance 2 & 3 are 55-minute classes.
Intro to Youth
Intro to Youth Combo is a 55-minute class for students 6 to 7 years old.
This class is designed to prepare dancers transitioning from Kinderdance classes to Youth classes. Students will find the “fun” in the fundamental basics of ballet, tap, and jazz. Class will begin with ballet, move into tap, and finish with jazz. Students should arrive to class in ballet shoes, and the instructors will assist the young dancers with shoe changes.
Students will perform a ballet, tap, and jazz routine in the recital. Tap and jazz will use the same costume.
Youth Combo
Youth Combo is a 55-minute class for students 8 to 9 years old, which consists of ballet, tap, and jazz. Ballet will increase body control, which in turn, will enhance all other areas of dance and tumbling. In the tap section of class, dancers will concentrate on developing rhythm and sound. Jazz class will focus on the fundamentals of jazz dance including isolations, musicality, flexibility, balance, alignment, and coordination. Students will learn basic dance movements and fun combinations.
They will perform a ballet, tap & jazz routine in the recital. Tap and Jazz will use the same costume.
Ballet
Ballet is a 25-minute to 55-minute class for students 7 to 18 years old.
Students will learn proper ballet technique in a professional, yet fun setting. Designed to increase body control, which in turn will enhance all other areas of dance and tumbling. (Younger dancers are encouraged to take a combo class.)
- Junior Ballet is a 30-minute traditional class for students 10 to 12 years old.
- Dancers will perform in the recital.
- Teen/Senior Ballet is a 40-minute traditional class for students 13 to 18 years old.
- Dancers will perform in the recital.
- Ballet II thru IV are 40-minute or 55-minute ballet classes for company dancers or for students in our traditional class that want an extra ballet class throughout the week. In this class, students are based by skill level. New students, please contact the office for evaluation on which level to enroll in.
- This is a non-recital class.
Tap
Tap is a 25-minute or 40-minute class for students 7 to 18 years old. This class is designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. DE tap class will continue to build these tap techniques, and as students’ progress, they will be introduced to an increasingly more complex and intricate curriculum. This class must be taken in conjunction with ballet. (Younger dancers are encouraged to take a combo class.)
- Junior Tap is a 25-minute traditional class for students 10 to 12 years old.
- Dancers will perform a tap routine in the recital.
- Teen/Senior Tap is a 25-minute traditional class for students 13 to 18 years old.
- Dancers will perform a tap routine in the recital.
- Tap II thru IV are 25-minute or 40-minute tap classes for company dancers or for students in our traditional classes that want an extra tap class throughout the week. In this class, students are based by skill level. New students, please contact the office for evaluation on which level to enroll in.

Jazz
Jazz is a 25-minute or 40-minute class for students 7 to 18 years old.
This class will focus on the fundamentals of jazz dance including isolations, rhythm, musicality, alignment, and coordination. As students’ progress, they will be introduced to more advanced leaps, turns, and dance movements, along with fun combinations. This class must be taken in conjunction with ballet. (Younger dancers are encouraged to take a combo class.)
- Junior Jazz is a 25-minute traditional class for students 10 to 12 years old.
- Dancers will perform a tap routine in the recital.
- Teen/Senior Jazz is a 25-minute traditional class for students 13 to 18 years old.
- Dancers will peform a tap routine in the recital.
- Jazz II thru IV are 25-minute or 40-minute jazz classes for company dancers or for students in our traditional classes that want an extra jazz class throughout the week. In this class, students are based by skill level. New students, please contact the office for evaluation on which level to enroll in.

Leaps And Turns
Leaps and Turns is a 25-minute or 40-minute class for students 7 to 18 years old.
This class will focus on the fundamentals of leaps, turns, and progressions. This class must be taken in conjunction with ballet and jazz. (Younger dancers are encouraged to take a combo class.)
Leaps and Turns II thru IV classes are for company dancers or for students in our traditional classes that want to focus on the fundamentals of leaps and turns. In this class, students are based by skill level. New students, please contact the office for evaluation on which level to enroll in.

PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique)
PBT (Progressing Ballet Technique) is a 25-minute class for students 7 to 18 years old.
This class is an innovative program for students to understand the depth of training muscle memory in achieving their personal best in ballet. PBT helps students to feel what muscle to initiate for correct alignment as the fit ball is continually mobile under the students’ body, giving the students a sense of posture and weight-placement while feeling each correct muscle group.
PBT II thru IV classes are for company dancers or for students in our traditional classes that want to focus on the fundamentals of ballet. In this class, students are based by skill level. New students, please contact the office for evaluation on which level to enroll in.

Hip Hop
Hip Hop is a 25-minute or 40-minute class for students 6 to 18 years old.
This class will introduce young students to the basic vocabulary and style of hip-hop movement, teaching them rhythm, coordination, and age-appropriate hip hop choreography, with no suggestive music/movements. This high-energy class is upbeat and great for kids who like to move!
Students will perform a hip-hop routine in the recital.
- Intro to Youth Hip Hop is a 25-minute class for students 6 to 7 years old.
- Youth Hip Hop is a 25-minute class for students 8 to 9 years old.
- Junior Hip Hop is a 25-minute class for students 10 to 12 years old.
- Teen/Senior Hip Hop is a 40-minute class for students 13 to 18 years old.
- All Boys Hip Hop I is a 25-minute class for male students 6 to 9 years old.
- All Boys Hip Hop II is a 40-minute class for male students 10 to 12 years old.
- All Boys Hip Hop III is a 40-minute class for male students 13 to 18 years old.
Lyrical/Contemporary
Lyrical/Contemporary is a 25-minute class for students 6 to 18 years old.
In this class, students will learn the lyrical techniques that use dramatic motion to interpret music and express emotion, as well as the expressive style of contemporary dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical, & ballet.
- Youth class is for students 8 to 9 years old.
- Junior class is for students 10 to 12 years old.
- Teen/Senior class is for students 13 to 18 years old.
Pointe
Pointe is an advanced ballet class. We offer both a beginner class and advanced class.
The beginner class is great for new dancers on pointe, dancers recovering from an injury, or advanced students who want to further their strength and technique. The advanced class is for advanced dancers.
Both classes must have instructor approval.
Beginning Pointe is a non-recital class.
Advanced Pointe will perform in the recital.
Tumbling
Tumbling is a 40-minute class for students 5 to 9 years old.
This class teaches the basics of floor tumbling, including forward rolls, backbends, cartwheels, strengthening, flexibility, and coordination skills.
Students will perform a tumbling routine in the tumbling/acro showcase.
- Beginning Tumbling is a 40-minute class for 5 to 9 year olds
Tumbling / Acro
Tumbling / Acro is a 40-minute or 55-minute class for students 6 to 18 years old.
This is an acrobatic style class that teaches floor gymnastics. Acro is a class that progresses from basic tumbling skills to advanced tumbling skills, including aerial work and power tumbling. This class also focuses on strengthening, flexibility, and teamwork.
Students will perform a routine in the tumbling/acro showcase.
- Intermediate Acro is a 40-minute class that focuses on front and back limbers, walkovers, with an introduction to power tumbling and acrobatic skills.
- PRE-REQUISITE– Must have UNASSISTED backbend pull-up and strong, handstand forward roll
- Pre-Advanced Acro is a 55-minute class that focuses on one-handed walkovers, handsprings, beginning contortion skills, and continued development of power tumbling skills.
- PRE-REQUISITE– Must have UNASSISTED front/back walkover and arabians.
- Advanced Acro is a 55-minute class that focuses on further development of power tumbling and acrobatic skills and moves into aerial work.
- PRE-REQUISITE – Must have UNASSISTED standing back handspring, round-off back handspring, & side aerial.
Musical Theater
Musical Theater is a 25-minute class for ages 8-18 that will introduce students to all elements of theater combing music, dance, and spoken dialogue. This class will incorporate a combination of jazz and acting, where students will work jazz technique while portraying a character.
- Musical Theater 1 is for students 6-9 years old.
- Musical Theater 2 is for students 10-14 years old.
Voice and Acting
Voice and Acting is a 55-minute class for student 8 to 18 years old.
This program is geared for young performers to explore their interests and abilities as singers, actors, and dancers. Students will work with a vocal and acting coach in a group setting, where they will learn to harmonize and work on creating characters using monologues and skits. Students will have the opportunity throughout the year to perform for their parents.
Voice & Acting class is $65 per month and is a non-recital class.
Private voice lessons are available.
